The UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate's many outward-looking future projects include an annual "endowed" social policy report directed at policy makers and the public. The report will be conducted in collaboration with other UCLA centers and schools, and authors will be recruited from outside to cover rotating topics such as homelessness, the shortage of redevelopment funding and affordable housing.
