Acquisition and utilization of economic, finance, planning, and policy analytic tools needed to evaluate factors that drive market adoption from early to middle market phases. Rooftop solar, electric vehicle, and energy efficiency as focal examples, with emphasis on role of policy and planning incentives intended to spur adoption. Letter grading.
