Ashley Mallinson

Ashley Mallinson is a full-time MBA candidate in the class of 2014 at UCLA Anderson and also President of the High Tech Business Association (HTBA). Her responsibilities as president of HTBA include: directing all HTBA activities, continuing to represent Anderson as the #1 MBA program for technology recruiting, as well as securing relationships and opportunities among the HTBA, its members, technology companies, alumni and the technology industry at large. Ashley is also the Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft after interning for the same position in 2013. Previously, Ashley was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Robert Verdi, Inc. Originally from Jackson, MS, she calls New York, NY home and attended Vanderbilt University, where she received a BA in English with minors in Communication and French. Ashley's hobbies include everything Anderson (blogger, soccer team, events planning, social chair). She also enjoys traveling and is a closet video gamer. Ashley is excited to be living in LA, hiking, beaching and learning to surf!

Angela Hsiao

Angela Hsiao is a full-time MBA candidate in the class of 2014 at UCLA Anderson and VP of Student Affairs - Education for HTBA. As VP of Education, she focuses on tech curriculum improvements and is also the student liaison with the Easton Technology Leadership Program. She also helps educate students on tech subjects not covered through other channels. Angela previously was the Consultant of Tech & Ops at Vow to be Chic. Before that, she interned at Adobe as a Product Marketing Manager and also at Cornerstone OnDemand in product management. Prior to Anderson, she spent seven years at Amazon as a software developer in several teams within the retail space. She enjoys gardening, yoga and cooking.

Bo Pulito

Bo Pulito is a member of the 2014 full-time MBA class at UCLA Anderson, a Venture Fellow, a Management Development for Entrepreneurs (MDE) Fellow, a VP of Business Development for HTBA, and a Co-Director of the Entrepreneur Association Conference. Prior to Anderson, Bo spent four years working in online advertising focusing on strategic deals involving ad targeting and data management. He has continued his involvement in the industry through several engagements as a strategic advisor and consultant to emerging technology and media companies and an internship with the Pritzker Group's Venture Capital team (formerly New World Ventures) during his time at Anderson. In between his first and second year, he worked for Google's Channel Partnerships team where he developed and built consensus around a multichannel ad-product strategy for a portfolio of small and medium businesses (SMBs).  He plans to return to this role post graduation.  Bo received BAs in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College and enjoys exploring the world, crossfit, and college basketball.

Gregory Paige Gregory Paige

Gregory Paige is a full-time MBA candidate in the class of 2014 at UCLA Anderson and also the VP of Marketing & Communications - Digital Strategy for HTBA. As VP of Marketing & Communications - Digital Strategy and Technology, he is responsible for managing HTBA's digital strategy to both optimize internal operations and advance the organization as a thought leader in the public sphere. Gregory is currently a Product Marketing MBA Intern at Audeze. Previously, he joined Mattel as a digital marketing intern in the Digital Initiatives Group. Prior to Anderson, he spent six years as Content Supervisor with advertising agency CP+B, helping build brands like Best Buy and Under Armour. Gregory was born in Philadelphia, PA and received a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill. He enjoys running, traveling and consuming all things digital media.

Kate Edwards

Kate Edwards is a Technology, Marketing, Entrepreneurship MBA Candidate in the class of 2014 at UCLA Anderson, a proud member of the AnderTechie community, and also the VP of Marketing & Communications - Brand Management of HTBA. As VP of Marketing & Communications - Brand Management, she works to position the HTBA as the preeminent high tech professional organization among top business schools. Previously, Kate worked at Job Genius as the VP of Marketing at Job Genius. Before that, she interned at Facebook, working with the Global Vertical Marketing team. Prior to pursuing her MBA, Kate worked in New York at creative advertising agencies JWT and Publicis on accounts like Johnson & Johnson, Royal Caribbean, and Procter & Gamble. She is originally from Falls Church, Virginia, and attended Brown University, receiving a B.A. in International Relations with a focus in Global Security.

Zak Stern

Zak Stern is a full-time MBA candidate in the class of 2014 at UCLA Anderson and also VP of Business Development - Sponsorships of HTBA. As VP of Business Development - Sponsorships, he manages and develops HTBA's relationships with corporate sponsors. Previously, Zak worked at IMDb.com as Product Manager and interned at Amazon as a Product Manager MBA Intern. Before coming to Anderson, Zak spent two years teaching English in Japan through the JET Program and two years as an international tax consultant with KPMG in Los Angeles. Zak is a licensed CPA and speaks fluent Japanese. Zak grew up in the Washington D.C. area and graduated from the University of South Carolina where he studied Accounting and Computer Science. Outside of work and school, he fills his time training for triathlons and developing mobile apps as a hobby.
