University Records System Access (URSA)
By visiting the URSA website at www.ursa.ucla.edu you will be able to view your Academic, Personal, and Financial information. URSA in conjunction with your myAnderson account will be your lifeline during your academic career.
In Order to access URSA you need to have your student ID number as well as your URSA security code (PIN). When you first accessed URSA in order to complete your Student Intent to Register (SIR) you were prompted to choose a four digit security code number. If you do not remember what security code number you chose, then you need to go to www.ursa.ucla.edu and click on "I forgot my PIN" which is found within the Login box.
Once you gain access to URSA you will see a very simple menu. The menu is divided into three categories: Academic, Personal and Financial.
The Academic menu gives you access to view your enrollment, grades, GPA, and so on.
The Personal menu gives you the ability to change the information that UClA has listed for you, such as your mailing address or the email address that you have on file with UCLA (this is different from trying to change your Anderson email).
The Financial menu is where you can view your financial aid awards and where you will need to go to pay your tuition.
Here is a quick breakdown of the menu options under the Financial menu.
- Financial Aid Awards and Summary: You can view how much financial aid you will be receiving for the year.
- Financial Aid Document Tracking: Tells you if you are missing any financial aid documents required for receiving aid.
- Refund Activity: Tells you whether or not you will be receiving a refund to the account you indicated when you completed BruinDirect.
- Billing Accounts (BAR): This is where you view your bill and pay your balance.
