UCLA Anderson Forecast Presents:
June 2007 Economic and Real Estate Forecast Conference
Leading Experts to Give Update on Residential and Commercial Real Estate

WHAT:  UCLA Anderson Forecast Economists will discuss their quarterly economic outlook for the Nation and California regions.  Real estate experts will address where we are and where we are going with commercial and residential real estate.  Additionally, the Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast Commercial Real Estate Survey will be released for the first time.  The initial launch survey will focus on the Los Angeles office space market, with later surveys to target other commercial real estate sectors and geographic locations.  The survey will be used to better forecast future California commercial real estate market conditions and the California economy.
