American Marketing Association Honors Associate Professor Anand Bodapati With The 2009 Paul E. Green Award
Honored as top researcher in marketing
LOS ANGELES - UCLA Anderson Associate Professor Anand V. Bodapati has been awarded the 2009 Paul E. Green Award by the American Marketing Association. According to the association, the award "is presented to the Journal of Marketing Research (JMR) article published in 2008 that shows or demonstrates the most potential to contribute significantly to the practice of marketing research."
Associate Professor Bodapati's award-winning paper is titled "Recommendation Systems with Purchase Data." It appeared in the February 2008 (Volume 45, Number 1) issue of JMR. He joins a prestigious list of prior winners that includes UCLA Anderson colleagues Professor Bart Bronnenberg, who received the Green Award in 2008 and 2003, and Professor Dominque Hanssens, who received it in 2000.
