Join Dean Judy Olian in hosting Ursula M. Burns, chairman and chief executive officer for Xerox, the world’s leading enterprise for business process and document management providing simple solutions for
a complex world.

Ursula M. Burns joined Xerox in 1980 as a mechanical engineering summer intern and was named chief executive officer in 2009  and then appointed in 2010 as chairman.  Previously, Burns held several other roles within Xerox including senior VP Corporate Strategic Services as well as President.

Throughout her tenure with Xerox, Burns has been present at pivotal points in the company’s history, and instrumental in transforming the renowned document technology company to the world’s leader in business process services. A healthy dose of impatience, an unwillingness to settle for the status quo and a focus on simplicity in an increasingly complex and impatient world has made Xerox, “ready for real business.”
