Ty Curry will be presenting his perspectives on leadership based on his experiences at ZS Associates and in working with various industries--high-tech, media and publishing, consumer goods, and healthcare--to improve sales productivity.
Ty is a Managing Principal with ZS Associates in the San Mateo (North America HQ) office. He helps his clients develop and implement sales strategies to improve market coverage and productivity. Ty also works with clients on a variety of sales effectiveness issues such as sales force design, sales process design and implementation, resource optimization and incentive compensation. He has worked across a number of industries in North America and Asia, including high tech, media and publishing, energy, apparel, and life sciences.
Ty has been a featured speaker on sales force effectiveness topics on several occasions. He has presented at UCLA Anderson and Berkeley's Haas School of Business, as well as other industry and academic conferences.
Ty joined ZS Associates in 1994. He has a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA.
The Easton Technology Leadership Program has been established at the UCLA Anderson School of Management by a gift from Jim Easton. This program aims to strengthen the technology leadership skills of people with engineering and technical backgrounds and interests to help them 'move up' to become business leaders or 'move out' to become entrepreneurs.
