Capstone Partners LLC, President, and Managing Partner, John M. Ferrara recently accepted an award on behalf of Capstone for “Boutique Investment Banking Firm of the Year” at the M&A Advisor's International Awards Gala, an event recognizing the achievement of top performers in mergers and acquisitions.

As it turns out, one of the best things about Capstone is that it brought me full circle back to UCLA as my classmate, David Michaels, merged his firm and became a partner in 2012. I guess the apple never falls far from the beer busts.” Read more... |
