For a recent graduate, taking the step into the world of management may seem like a daunting task. Although an OR/MS education provides you with management tools, the effective implementation of these methods will depend critically on your leadership skills. 

There are several companies offering services in leadership training. Some of these companies have web-sites with freely available materials. 

An academic resource is Wharton's Center for Leadership and Change Management.

A nice resource from the Drucker Foundation is the compendium of articles from Leader to Leader.
