Serena Ng is a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, a position she had held since January 2006. She covers the credit markets in the Money & Investing section.
A native of Singapore, Ms. Ng previously worked as a reporter for the country’s only financial daily, The Business Times, from 2000 to 2004. She covered initial public offerings, the stock exchange and technology. Ms. Ng began her career in journalism as an intern and stringer for Reuters in 1999 covering stocks and economic news.
Ms. Ng received a Master’s degree in Journalism from New York University in 2005 and her Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She and her husband live in Forest Hills, NY.
