Rayner Ramirez is an Associate Producer for Dateline NBC assigned to investigative and long-term documentary projects. He was a Co-Producer on an hour-long documentary about homeless families in America. Rayner Ramirez was an independent documentary filmmaker and freelance photographer before coming to NBC News in 1998. He has also been a carpenter, teacher and human rights observer in Guatemala.
