Mike Ricciuti joined CNET in 1996 and was one of the founding editors of News.com, the award winning technology Web site. As Executive Editor, he oversees all software industry coverage and directs a staff of five reporters. Prior to CNET, Ricciuti was Software Editor and Boston Bureau Chief for InfoWorld, a Silicon Valley-based technology news weekly. Before that, he was Boston Bureau Chief and Associate Editor at Datamation, one of the first magazines dedicated to the computer industry, and worked for the Boston Herald, one of the city's two daily newspapers. Ricciuti received a BS in Journalism from Northeastern University.
