Malgorzata Halaba has been a Warsaw-based reporter for Dow Jones Newswires since 2000. After graduating from Leningrad University in 1985 with a degree in Japanese language and literature, she worked as a Russian/English/Polish interpreter and as a marketing consultant. In 1995, Malgorzata joined the English-language weekly Warsaw Business Journal as a reporter, rising to acting editor-in-chief. In the same year, she received an MBA from Warsaw University.
