Lee Koromvokis is an award-winning producer who has specialized in covering medicine and science, business and economics and the arts. At The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, she won two Emmy Awards and was nominated for an additional six. Her story on AIDS in the arts was the first piece produced for an American news program ever invited to compete at the Berlin Film Festival. Before joining the NewsHour, Lee was a producer at CNN, specializing in investigative medical reporting, and a contributor to several national science magazines. She is a graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism.
