Jacqueline Simmons, a Bloomberg reporter at large, covers a range of topics including finance, mergers and acquisitions and enterprise. Simmons, a graduate of Santa Clara University, has been with Bloomberg news since 1996, covering luxury and consumer goods, mergers and acquisitions and European investment banking. Her work was featured in the 2002 edition of the Best Business Stories of the Year for "The Last Emperor," a Bloomberg Markets article about Lazard. Simmons started her career on The Wall Street Journal's spot news desk in New York. She lives in Paris, France, with her husband Einar and their two daughters.
