David Heath

David Heath is an investigative reporter at The Seattle Times. He's written investigative pieces corporate deception, terrorism and medical research at the Times. He's just completed a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University and is teaching journalism at Harvard this summer. Heath has won numerous national awards, including the Goldsmith Prize from Harvard, the George Polk award, the Gerald Loeb award, the Heywood Broun award, the John Hancock award, and the public service and business reporting awards from the Scripps-Howard Foundation. He's been a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize three times for work he's done with others. He was previously a senior editor at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and a business reporter at the Courier-Journal in Louisville, Ky.
