Dan Tracy has been a special projects reporter for the Orlando Sentinel since 2001. He joined the Sentinel in 1980 and has covered Polk County, agriculture, general assignment, transportation and Orlando City Hall. A 1976 graduate of Ohio University, Tracy was born in Hamilton, Ohio. He worked at The Ledger in Lakeland, Fla., before joining the Sentinel.
