Antony Michels

Antony Michels, a Bloomberg Television editor and producer, has covered business and financial news for two decades, writing for publications including Investment Dealers' Digest and Fortune magazine before moving to television and producing jobs at CNNfn and CNN. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley, Michels received a masters degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. He joined Bloomberg in 2001 and has edited stories and specials on topics including the future of General Motors, AARP's business practices, the plight of Brazilian sugar cane workers in the ethanol industry and 401(k) hidden fees; the latter two won business Emmy awards. Michels lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and daughter.
