Anh Ly is a native of North Carolina, where she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar. At UNC-Chapel Hill, she founded Carolina Passport, which became the most widely circulated student magazine on campus. Prior to joining MSN Money as a multimedia producer, Ly interned at USAToday.com.  Ly shot, video-edited, directed and produced the 'Keeping up with the Wangs' series.
