MOUNT CONNESS



An ascent of the West Ridge of Mount Conness,

Timeline:

On September 17th we left Tuolumne Meadows (Lembert Dome parking area) at 4:00 pm, and reached camp at the first of the Young Lakes at 6:45 pm.

On September 18th we left camp at 6:00 am (daybreak) and started climbing at 8:10 am. We reached the summit at 1:01 pm, and were back in camp at 3:45 pm. Hiking out the same day, we were back in Tuolumne Meadows at 8:00 pm, in time for dinner at Whoa Nellie Deli.
