In Spring 2006 I made the extremely difficult
decision to
retire after 30 years of service at UCLA. I've updated this site
to reflect my current activities and have
maintained past material of continued relevance.
Personal Goal
To work with individuals and organizations for them to acquire the knowledge and skills to fulfill their potential in our Information Age.
How I Am Working to Achieve this Goal
- As a person: Personal notes and travel adventures.
- As a teacher: My philosophy, as well as student papers on emerging technologies (one of which is among the 10 most frequently downloaded papers from the Anderson Web).
- As
a math education reformer: I've become passionate about
Singapore Math and it's potential to significantly improve the quality
of mathematics education in our elementary schools.
