Biography

Dr. Raia specializes in executive education and in organizational change and development.  He specializes in the role of power and politics in organizational change and development. His primary research interests include the application of management and organization development concepts and techniques; and action research in organizational innovation and change processes.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Raia consults with a wide variety of organizations throughout the United States and abroad.  His areas of expertise include organization transformations and culture change, strategic realignments and organization design, team development and interface building, executive coaching and counseling and the design and conduct of training and development programs for managers at all levels of the organization. Dr. Raia was the co-owner and executive vice president of Progressive Electronics Corporation.
