I am an Assistant Professor at UCLA in the Anderson School of Management. My research interests include organizational economics, contract theory, the economics of innovation and experimental economics, particularly focusing on how firms design compensation and performance evaluation schemes to motivate workers. I teach a PhD course in Organizational Economics as well as the MBA core course in Business Strategy.

I am visiting the Economics Group at the Yale School of Management for the 2012-13 academic year and will be an Assistant Professor of Economics at Yale SOM starting in July 2013.
