I am an Assistant Professor at UCLA in the Anderson School of Management. My research interests include organizational economics, contract theory, the economics of innovation and experimental economics, particularly focusing on how firms design compensation and performance evaluation schemes to motivate workers. I teach a PhD course in Organizational Economics as well as the MBA course in Competitive Strategy.

In my spare time I enjoy back-country skiing, climbing, mountain-biking, tennis, soccer, photography and supporting SK Sturm Graz.
