Stephen Greene

Visiting Professor


Stephen Greene joins the UCLA Anderson faculty in 2013 after nearly a 30-year career in private equity and investment banking. A specialist in mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring, he has closed more than 100 transactions across a wide range of industry verticals.

Professor Greene is currently the Managing Partner of Crevice Capital Partners, a Short Hills, NJ-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Crevice Capital, he held partner-level positions at The Silverfern Group Inc. and Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC, and he was a co-founder and Senior Managing Director at Eureka Capital Partners LLC. From 1992 to 2002, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was responsible for various components of its U.S. corporate finance and restructuring businesses. He began his investment banking career at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin and later became Managing Director in charge of Houlihan's San Francisco office.

Professor Greene is a member of the Board of Directors of National Home HealthCare Corp., an Angelo Gordon & Co. portfolio company, as well as a member of the Advisory Board for the Fink Center for Finance and Investments at UCLA Anderson.
