Mr. Pollock joined The Right Start, Inc in 1996 as director of logistics for retail and catalog operations.

His prior experience includes over eighteen years in senior management positions in retail, health care, and third party logistics organizations. He specializes in turnaround, redesign, and reorganization of operational systems.
