Mr. Smith has over 8 years of experience in corporate finance, business development and marketing. He was formerly VP of e-commerce business development for ProLogis Trust, a leading owner and operator of logistics and distribution facilities worldwide where he was responsible for technology-based strategic alliances in the logistics industry.

Mr. Smith earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
