Biography

Danny S. Litt is the former Director of Undergraduate Accounting at UCLA Anderson. Mr. Litt is a consultant in the fields of investment banking and real estate finance and also consults in finance, accounting, business planning and computer systems.

His expertise includes preparation of business plans, raising of equity and debt capital for clients, submission and analysis of loans for a full spectrum of income producing properties, and establishing accounting and financial controls for clients.

He has experience taking a company public (OTC) and preparing SEC reports, registrations and prospectuses and has presented financial theories to the Interstate Commerce Commission in Washington, DC. He holds a California Real Estate License.

Mr. Litt’s previous experience includes being president of a microcomputer hardware and software, sales and service company where he developed custom software for business applications. In addition, he was Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for companies involved in the sales, leasing and modification of aircraft. Mr. Litt was also nominated for a White House Fellowship by Rockwell International.

Teaching Focus
Mr. Litt currently teaches accounting principles, financial, intermediate and managerial accounting and managerial finance at UCLA, UCLA Extension, and Moorpark College. He has also taught at the UCLA MPH Program, University of California Irvine, California State University Los Angeles, California State University Northridge and Santa Monica College.
