UCLA Campus Event Venues
The UCLA Events Office produces and manages an impressive variety of events on the UCLA Campus as well as publishes and maintains the UCLA Campus Calendar. From film shoots and festivals to Commencements and extra-curricular scheduling, the Events Office is your source for event planning and information, offering exceptional facilities and services for your event or film location. UCLA Film Locations

UCLA Special Events and Protocol
As a department within External Affairs, UCLA Special Events and Protocol provides event-planning services and protocol expertise to the entire campus. They coordinate visits by dignitaries and festive celebrations to intimate gatherings and academic lectures. Contact UCLA Special Events and Protocol at (310) 794-0660.

UCLA Audio Visual Services
Audio Visual Services (AVS) provides equipment, training, and technicians for regularly scheduled classes, conferences, and events for both on and off campus event clients. Please contact Audio Visual Services at (310) 206-6591 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

UCLA Guest House
The newly renovated UCLA Guest House is a 61-room hotel located on the grounds of the beautiful UCLA campus. It provides a convenient and affordable housing option to guests visiting the area for campus-related activities. The Guest House is the perfect place to stay when visiting your son or daughter during the school year, if you are in town for an alumni event, or if you are participating in one of UCLA's many educational, cultural, athletic, or community activities or programs. UCLA Photography
For decades, our photographers have recorded UCLA's events, staff, visitors, and sporting events. We have an outstanding collection of stock photos and our photographers accept a wide range of assignments. Contact UCLA Photography at (310) 206-8435.

UCLA Central Ticket Office

UCLA Faculty Center
An attractive and comfortable private club, the UCLA Faculty Center offers its members a wide variety of services extending far beyond the traditional noontime meal. Its many well furnished meeting rooms, lounges, patios, and dining facilities are available for a wide range of social and professional activities. UCLA Conference Center at Lake Arrowhead
