During this session, you will discuss different types of negotiations and learn strategies for each, including group problem solving and conflict management issues. Understand the vital steps to prepare for a negotiation: know yourself, assess your opponent and discover your alternatives. And, identify your own negotiation style and pinpoint and use personal strengths and weaknesses to your advantage. In essence, create a personal agenda for ongoing improvement as a negotiator.
