How do executives in my enterprise apply to a UCLA executive education program?

When will executives receive confirmation that their application is accepted?
Within two weeks of submitting your application, executives will receive a letter notifying them of an acceptance decision.
How is payment for the program fee made?
When the executive’s application is approved, the organization will be invoiced for the full program fee. We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express® or send a check made payable to UC Regents.
When is payment due?
Payment is due 7 days prior to the program start date. If payment is not received by that date, you will be contacted to provide a credit card guarantee.
Will you work with us on a payment plan?

What happens after my application is approved?
Once you receive your letter of program acceptance, the executive will be contacted by your Program Manager who is dedicated to ensuring your optimal program experience.
Once accepted, how do I prepare for the program?
Several weeks prior to program start the executives will receive advance preparatory materials. Please make sure to complete all assigned readings and projects before coming to UCLA.
Is my program fee tax deductible?
Though tax laws continually change, deductions are generally allowed for all expenses of continuing management education (including tuition, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills required for your employment or business. Consult your tax advisor regarding your individual situation.
Do you offer group discounts?

If I do not live in the United States, will I need a visa to attend?

Where do programs take place?
Unless otherwise stated, programs are conducted on the UCLA Anderson School of Management campus in Los Angeles.
Who teaches in the executive education programs?
Sessions are taught by world class UCLA Anderson MBA faculty and distinguished speakers representing some of the nation’s most prestigious organizations.

Which hotel do you recommend?
Your Program Manager will provide you with hotel recommendations and contact information.
Who do I contact to discuss special requests during my program?
If you have special dietary or personal needs, please contact your Program Manager, who will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Will executives need a car?
A car is not necessary. Taxis are readily available at the airport for travel to campus. But if you would like to rent a car, there are many options at LAX airport.

What are your substitution and cancellation policies?
If you wish to change or cancel your registration, you may choose to either transfer your seat to another person (substitution), apply the fee towards a future offering (one-time transfer), or receive a refund (according to the policy below). All requests for cancellation, refund, substitution, or transfer must be received in writing.
A full refund may be granted for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the program start date. A 20% fee will be imposed for cancellation or transfer requests received 8 to 29 days before the program start date, and the entire fee will be forfeited if the cancellation or transfer request is received 7 or fewer days before the program begins or in the case of a no-show or partial participation.
Sponsoring organizations may nominate appropriate substitutions any time prior to the program without charge. Our policy applies to both paid and unpaid invoices, and participants and their organizations are responsible for above fees, even if payment has not been previously paid.
Invoices are due upon receipt and participants will be contacted for a credit card guarantee, if invoice is not paid 7 days prior to the program start date.
UCLA reserves the right to cancel programs and/or amend program dates, content, and faculty.
It is our expectation that participants and guests have health insurance that is valid in the United States. UCLA Executive Education and all of its affiliates are not responsible for any medical expenses incurred while attending the program.
