How does authentic leadership foster organizational excellence and personal fulfillment? How can leaders become more authentic in ways that promote value-creation? In this session, you will explore the four principles for leading authentically:
- Be true to your BEST self
- Take off your masks
- Architect positive transformations
- Bring out the best in others
You will also learn to draw upon your own identity as a resource to energize powerful contributions, create personal fulfillment, and generate organizational excellence.
As a result of participating in this session, you will be able to:
- Analyze your leadership assumptions and leadership journey
- Enhance your experience of personal authenticity at work by:
- Identifying your "best-self" zone and using it as a platform for growth and development
- Assessing the power of your choices to increase (or decrease) your own authentic engagement at work
- Identifying your “best-self” zone and using it as a platform for growth and development
- Assessing the power of your choices to increase (or decrease) your own authentic engagement at work
- Develop tools to leverage aspects of your identity as a source of strength
- Evaluate the kinds of organizational change that promote authentic engagement among leaders and followers
