UCLA Anderson School of Management

Events

When we ask our students what made them choose UCLA Anderson, they say that UCLA Anderson's collaborative culture was key in making their decision. In order to expose you to all that UCLA Anderson has to offer, we organize several pre-MBA program events designed to allow you to experience first-hand everything from our notable academics to the student culture that truly defines the UCLA Anderson experience.

At Anderson Days ("A-Days"), the official preview weekend for admitted students, you will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of fellow prospective students from around the world while interacting with faculty, staff, and alumni. The admissions office also organizes "Admit Receptions" and informal gatherings in key cities around the U.S. and abroad, so please continue to check the "Other Admit Events" section of this portal for upcoming dates and locations.

We're sure that once you've connected with your future classmates and begun to forge your network here, you will be excited and ready to jump-start your MBA experience at UCLA Anderson. Incoming students coordinate trips and gatherings through the class Facebook group. If you are an international student, you may wish to attend our International Pre-Orientation (IPO) program which is designed to prepare you linguistically and culturally for all aspects of the UCLA Anderson MBA program.

Finally, before you get down to business with the core classes, you will be required to attend Orientation -- designed to prepare you for a successful MBA experience. Programming includes sessions on academic and career management preparation, leadership development, and social activities.

Please keep exploring this section of the admit portal to keep up-to-date on all of the optional and required pre-MBA events that we have planned for you from now until classes start in September.
