MBAs who study abroad through the International Exchange Program (Mgmt 455E) emerge with an intuitive bias toward incorporating globalization into issues of management, learning and practice. Collaboration across borders, absorbtion of globalized courses and research agendas --- one can't just read about these experiences or analyze case studies --- one has to be exposed to deep global expertise and immersed in multicultural teams in countries that are foreign in culture, language, economy and comforts.
