Learning how to lead and contribute within diverse teams is key to every student's MBA experience. We rely on our students to share their voices and different perspectives, and to listen to others in order to broaden their own thinking.

Geographic, cultural, industry and military backgrounds are examples of the kind of diversity reflected in our student clubs and associations, and our community as a whole is strengthened by the unity of purpose that transcends all boundaries.

Embracing Diversity
Embracing Diversity will provide you the opportunity to meet with UCLA Anderson students and alumni, learn what makes our MBA programs a top choice for students, and walk away with a clearer picture of what your MBA future can look like. This event is open to individuals interested in either the Full-time or FEMBA programs.

Women in the MBA
Women in the MBA at UCLA Anderson addresses important issues affecting women in business in a highly interactive setting. Speak with and hear from admissions officers, faculty members, female alumni and female students. Co-hosted by UCLA Anderson's Women's Business Connection club (WBC), this event is open for all to attend.

Women in Business Leadership Conference
The Women in Business Leadership Conference seeks to deepen the dialogue about women in business, explore multiple definitions of success, and provide skill-based training. This event is hosted by the Women’s Business Connection (WBC), in collaboration with the Women’s Global Connection (WGC) at UCLA Anderson.

Our welcoming culture is a natural place for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students to thrive. LGBT prospective students can experience this for themselves on our preview day, which is co-hosted by our student club Out@Anderson. Through lunch, class visits, resource briefings and an interviewing workshop, you can see yourself becoming part of the stimulating community that is UCLA Anderson.
