On-Campus Housing

Whether you are a graduate student who is married, a single parent, or a single graduate student, chances are you're looking for housing that offers independence, good value and safety as well as access to a community of fellow students. Graduate students usually live off campus in either private or university-owned apartments. UCLA University Apartments are considered by many to be the best value for the money and are in very high demand. Early application for university housing is strongly advised. The UCLA Housing Services Office provides descriptions of University-owned apartments available to UCLA graduate students and students with family. Many students rent off-campus apartments in Brentwood, Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, and Westwood. The Community Housing Office provides information and current listings on private apartments, rooms in private homes, shared rentals, roommates, and temporary housing.
