At UCLA Anderson School of Management, our mission is to lead management thinking and to prepare the next generation of global leaders. The Professional MBA Programs office has created the International Studies and Exchange Program. In just three years, over 20 unique international courses have been designed to fit the schedule of working professionals in our Fully Employed and Executive MBA Programs. These courses provide our F/EMBA students and now Full-time MBA students the opportunity to acquire direct international experience in foreign countries and to develop as business leaders who are adept at managing in a global environment.

Intensive one-week courses held in a variety of countries taught by UCLA Anderson Faculty, professors at top universities, and local business leaders of the respective destination country. Coursework for the 4 unit course (Management 458I) begins on-campus a couple months prior to actual travel in order to "hit the ground running" during the one-week intensive in which the classroom experience will be augmented with company visits and various places of historical and culutral interest. This hands-on direct experience abroad provides students the opportunity to learn about both global issues and business culture.

UCLA Anderson has partnered up with distinguished universities throughout the world to provide students the opportunity to participate in an intensive 1-week exchange program. Students are immersed in both the university and culture as they take courses and learn from esteemed faculty, while expanding their networks by studying with students from these respective universities.
