The Global Management certificate prepares students for international leadership roles through an integrated focus on specialized coursework, lectures, research, and innovative programs held throughout the world. This program has been customized to fit the unique needs of Executive MBA students. Students choose from UCLA Anderson's many international opportunities in order to enrich their educational experience and immerse themselves in business practices abroad.
This certificate is designed for students who are interested in launching and successfully running their own business, for those joining a startup venture, or for those creating new initiatives within an established company. To earn this certificate, students take entrepreneurial electives on Thursday evenings of class weekends, and in the summer elective blocks.
Students interested in building in-depth finance expertise pursue this certificate. To earn a finance certificate, students take finance electives during the EMBA elective block sessions and in the FEMBA and full-time MBA programs (where enrollment is permitted on a space-available basis).
Sample courses: Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Modeling and Valuation, Real Estate Investment, Venture Capital and Private Equity.
This certificate allows students to specialize in marketing to build career expertise. To earn this certificate, students take marketing electives during the EMBA elective block sessions and in the FEMBA and full-time MBA programs (where enrollment is permitted on a space-available basis).

Easton Technology Leadership
The UCLA Anderson Easton Technology Leadership Program offers a comprehensive technical leadership concentration that equips MBAs with the leadership preparedness, management knowledge and entrepreneurial disposition to succeed in diverse technical settings - from startups to large global technology corporations. EMBAs may apply to Easton during the fall quarter in their first or second year at UCLA Anderson, ideally in the first year. Leaders in Sustainability
The Leaders in Sustainability certificate enables students to create a program tailored to their needs and background, by choosing among the sustainability related opportunities at UCLA. A required core course in sustainability, relevant electives and participation in leadership training provide the foundation for a specialization that is increasingly desirable to employers. Students learn experientially by collaborating on real projects for local businesses, nonprofits and government agencies.
