[ ] Submit the online application and pay the application fee (200 USD).
[ ] Online Recommendation form: Provide contact information for two recommenders who can complete the Online Recommendation Form. Letters of recommendation need to be from individuals who are well acquainted with your performance in a work setting. One of the letters should be from your direct supervisor.
[ ] GMAT/GRE Test: Have official GMAT or GRE scores sent directly to UCLA Anderson's EMBA Program.

Applicants are required to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Records Exam (GRE) test (*Optional for applicants with an advanced engineering degree, CPA or CFA certification, or evidence of a strong financial or quantitative background).
Your application is not complete until we have received your test scores.
Official GMAT score reports must be sent directly to us electronically from Pearson VUE. Our GMAT code is: 2NZ2F87
As per the guidelines set forth by Pearson VUE, GMAT scores more than five years old are not valid (e.g., for applicants entering in Fall 2014, the last acceptable test date is October 2009).
[ ] Official Transcripts: All applicants are required to submit official records from each academic institution attended after secondary/high school. Transcripts from exchange programs and/or other courses are not required, as long as the grades appear on the transcript from the school that awarded your degree. If you are a UCLA graduate, you do not need to request official transcripts. You are only required to upload a copy into the online application.
Although no specific major is required; we consider the courses you studied to ensure you have the needed quantitative and analytical preparation. Executive MBA Admissions uses the scanned transcript copies in your application to do a preliminary evaluation of your academic qualifications, but official records need to be sent concurrently with the completed application.
Official records are defined as original documents issued by the institution which bear the actual signature of the Registrar -- not a photocopy -- plus the seal of the issuing institution.
All official transcripts must show the following:
- Enrollment date
- Subjects/Courses taken with the number of units of credit or time allotted to each subject taken
- If the rank is determined, rank in the total class or group
- A complete description of the institution's grading scale or other standard of evaluation
- Maximum & minimum marks and the steps between them.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION
We acknowledge the receipt of applications for admission with an email confirmation. Applicants will be notified if any necessary documents are missing from the application packet.
ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION
Offers of admission will be communicated via phone and/or text and instructions on how to accept are included in an online letter via Apply Yourself.
- Admission deposit is $2500. This admission deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from your Fall Quarter tuition.
- Admission offers not accepted within the communicated timeframe will be revoked and the seat will be offered to another qualified candidate.
WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION
If you decide to withdraw your application to the UCLA Anderson Executive MBA Program after submitting it, please notify us via email as soon as possible.
Reapplicants (who first applied in the past 2 years) have a different set of requirements than first-time applicants. Reapplicants are required to submit one new essay and one letter of recommendation. The Admissions Committee will refer to your previous application when considering your admission, but a complete new application must be submitted online.
Reapplicants should also note that all standardized test scores (GMAT/GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) remain on file for several years, so they should not be resent; we do indeed have them. Transcripts should only be resent if additional coursework has been completed since the first application has been submitted.
