Full-Time MBA:  Please order no later than May 31, 2013
Each student should order their cap, gown, and announcements in person at Graduation, Etc. on Level A at Ackerman, Mon-Fri, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or through their website.

**If you plan on purchasing your own cap and gown, prices begin at $350 and orders must be placed by Friday, April 12th**. 

Cap & Gown Pick-up
If you have already ordered your cap and gown, your items can be picked up beginning May 15th at the Student Cap & Gown distribution center on the A level of Ackerman Union 10am-5pm Monday-Friday or 12pm-5pm on Saturdays. The store is closed on Sundays. Please be sure to take your student ID with you for verification.

Fully-Employed MBA (FEMBA)
FEMBA students must place their orders by Friday, March 29th for caps and gowns directly through Teri Szabo in the FEMBA program office. She may be reached at (310) 206-4134.

They will be distributed on Saturday, May 18th at the North Lawn pre-graduation celebration.

Doctoral Students
Doctoral students have the option to rent or purchase their gowns. You may order your cap, gown, announcements, or diploma frame in person at Graduation, Etc. on Level A at Ackerman, Mon-Fri, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or through their website uclastore.com.

Announcements
You may purchase announcements to mail to your friends and family members from Graduation Etc.  A packet of 25 announcements begin at $40.00, and can be picked up two weeks after you place your order.

Diploma Frames
If you would like to have your diploma displayed, Graduation Etc. has a variety of frames to choose from. Visit their store on the A level of Ackerman. Frame prices start at $90.00.

Full-Time MBA
Immediately following the ceremony's conclusion, go to room C-315 in Entrepreneurs Hall. Graduation Etc. representatives will be there to process cap and gown returns. If you forget or simply cannot drop off your gown that day, you have until June 21st to return it to the Graduation Etc. store without any penalty.

Fully-Employed MBA (FEMBA)
You must return your regalia immediately after the ceremony to Graduation Etc. representatives who will be located on the first floor of the Collins Building. They will have a checklist of the FEMBA Class members.  It is best to assist your family and guests to the reception area and then return your cap and gown at Collins before you make your way home. If you forget or simply cannot drop off your gown that day, you have until June 21st to return it to the Graduation Etc. store without any penalty.
