Lee Raymundo

Lee Raymundo is an Audit Supervisor at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, an international accounting/consulting firm. In his role he provides audit and attest, risk management, and due diligence services with specific expertise in manufacturing & distribution and the financial institution industry. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an entrepreneur. He is the founder of Relapse Media Corp., a business he started at the age of 17. He hopes to leverage his diverse experience into a career in Private Equity. Lee completed his undergraduate degrees at California State University San Bernardino where he received B.S.s in Accounting and Finance. Most importantly, Lee is the proud father of 3 daughters who never miss a chance to keep him in line. Lee enjoys working out, snowboarding, dancing, eating, and is a lifelong Lakers fan.

 

Nia Murrell

Nia Murrell is an Entertainment Coordinator in NBC's Drama Development department, a division of Primetime Programming. She completed her undergraduate degree at Pepperdine University with a focus in Telecommunications and Italian Language & Culture. She's an active member of the Step Up Women's Network, a proud alumna of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, and co-founder of BingBongBing, an exclusive networking group for alumni of NBC's Page Program. Born & raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Nia currently resides in Los Angeles and loves supporting the Lakers and Dodgers (second to the Red Sox, of course!).

Travis Heard

Travis Heard is a Business Development Manager for The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, specifically generating new business with airports and universities. After producing concerts and enjoying the social lifestyle at UC Santa Barbara, he started a buying career with Robinson's May, but quickly sought out a more creative outlet, eventually operating a boutique production company focused on commercial and brand content creation. Travis is a volunteer and mentor for his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon. When time permits, he enjoys going to concerts, sporting events, traveling, swimming and surfing.

 
 

Jane Kim

Jane is the Marketing Assistant at LA Opera. Since graduating from the University of Southern California in Music Industry, she worked for leading music organizations including The Manhattan School of Music, The Colburn School, Aspen Music Festival and School and House of Blues. She is also the founder of Music Heals, a music program dedicated in assisting patients with their recovery process. Since its implementation at the USC University Hospital, Music Heals has served over 300 patients and received positive press from ABC news, Time Warner Cable and The Korea Times. In her free time, she loves to hang out with friends, shop and browse through flea markets. She will be interning at Paramount Pictures this summer.

 
 

Lydia Hsiao

Lydia was born in Hong Kong, and came to the States when she was 13. She got her undergrad from UCI, with a major in Internal Business and Business Management. She currently works for Capital Group, one of the largest mutual fund companies in the United States. In addition, she is also a Board Member and a Fundraising Committee Chair for We Care for Youth, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In her spare time, Lydia enjoys wine tasting, sampling cheese, cooking and pretty much everything that has to do with food.

 
 

Julianne Davis

Social Representative, Section 2, Class of 2012

Julianne is a Regulatory Affairs Assistant Reviewer at bio-tech company Amgen in Thousand Oaks. She ensures compliance of all Amgen promotional materials from a Regulatory perspective and is the final checkpoint before they are submitted to the FDA. Julianne graduated from UCSB in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science and would like to use her Anderson MBA to move up in the Compliance or Legal departments in Amgen. She is a huge sports enthusiast (both playing and watching) and is currently on the John Wooden Center Board of Governors as a Graduate Student Affairs Representative. She also has competed in three case competitions, including the Kelley Business School Women’s Competition in Indiana last January with four other FEMBA ladies. Her other hobbies besides socializing and sports are running, watching 80’s movies with her husband and boogey-boarding at Emma Wood State Beach in Ventura.

 
 

Aaron Wilson

External Representative, Section 3, Class of 2012

Aaron Wilson is currently a Technical Director at Sony Pictures Imageworks, where he is responsible for creating simulation-based effects (explosions, destruction, water, etc). He has worked on several movies that you probably haven't seen, and a couple that you might have - Alice in Wonderland and Superman Returns. Aaron was born and raised on Kauai and then traveled across the country to graduate with a degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Harvard University, and continues to volunteer extensively with his alumni association. He is the doting father of a very small maltese-poodle and, when work and school allow it, Aaron likes to cook, play beach volleyball, play the piano, and travel with his wife.

 
 

Dipen Patel

Born and raised in Zambia, Dipen Patel moved to New Jersey in 1995 where he received his B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University. Upon graduating, he began his career as a Business Analyst, Web Developer, and Software Developer for a small book publishing firm based in Piscataway, New Jersey. During this time, he met his future wife, Deepa Doshi, who shortly after moved to Los Angeles for her residency in pediatrics at UCLA. Dipen then also relocated after landing a job with ING Advisors Network in El Segundo, California. Currently, Dipen works for Cetera Financial Group as a Senior Business Analyst supporting business critical back-office applications. Outside of work, Dipen loves to play basketball and anything sports or outdoors. He is a die-hard NJ Nets fan and can often be found randomly yelling "GO NETS!"

 
 

Carrie Ko

Carrie Ko currently manages the Designer Relations team at ModCloth.com, an e-commerce women’s fashion boutique, ranked by Inc. magazine as the second fastest growing company in America. Her professional background includes international logistics, operations and supply chain management, as well as sales and marketing. Originally from Chicago, Carrie completed her bachelor’s degree at Loyola University Chicago, with double-majors in International Business and Marketing, and a minor in Asian/Asian American Studies. On a personal note, Carrie specializes in having a good time with her fellow FEMBAs, hanging out with her two yorkies (Belle & Pinot), travel as often as possible, and exercise/beach time!

 
 

John Shishido

John Shishido graduated from USC with a B.S and M.S. in mechanical engineering. He spent six years in industry, designing mechanisms and writing code. In his spare time, he enjoys sitting down with a chicken bowl from Chipotle and catching up on episodes of House.

 
   

Alex Hennum

Alex is currently working at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as an Institutional Account Manager in Los Angeles. He grew up in Norway and moved to Huntington Beach in 1993 where he graduated from High School. He studied Finance at Long Beach State University and graduated Suma Cum Luade. He was hired by Pfizer after graduation as a sales representative and was promoted in 2007. His social interests include golf, tennis, basketball and snowboarding.

 
 

Christina Jhong

Christina Jhong is a sales representative within IBM’s Integrated Technology Services division, with sales responsibility for named public sector accounts in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. Christina grew up in Palo Alto, California and completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA with a B.S. in Computer Science. She currently serves as the Board President of her Homeowner’s Association and enjoys good food, good laughs, and good friends. In her spare time, she likes to experiment with her sewing machine and make greeting cards with cute rubber stamps.
