UCLA Ziman REAG Update
Happy New Year! The ringing in of the New Year also serves as a reminder that it is time to renew your membership to the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group for 2014.
When you visit REAG's website (www.uclareag.org/), you will see that we've begun to make some changes. Not only do we have a new look, we also enter 2014 with an enthusiastic board of directors. Our board hit the ground running in December, and we have been hard at work planning another exciting year for you.
In addition to delivering you more of the great programs you already enjoy, we have arranged for members to receive complimentary and exclusive access to proprietary unreleased briefings by the UCLA Anderson Forecast economists on the direction of the economy and real estate markets (via live webcast). This membership feature alone is worth multiples of our annual membership dues. Further, by delivering this and other online content, we hope to provide opportunities for our members to engage the UCLA real estate community where and when it is most convenient for them. Stay tuned for more.
We are fortunate to be building upon the successes of our predecessors. Thanks to the leadership and dedication of our outgoing board, and the stalwart support of our members, the UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) is stronger now than it has ever been. We have earned a well-deserved reputation for delivering some of the highest quality, and most intimate real estate networking events around.
We look forward to continuing to deliver these opportunities to our members, while also continuing to broaden and strengthen the UCLA real estate community. This year we will continue to expand our membership base through steady organic growth, as well as through targeted regional expansion (keep an eye out for upcoming events in San Diego, the Bay Area, Orange County, the South Bay, Downtown Los Angeles, and elsewhere), and coordinated outreach. Ultimately, however, the success of the UCLA real estate network is dependent upon the support and involvement of our members.
With that, I invite you to take a moment to help grow and strengthen the UCLA real estate community by joining us and/or renewing your REAG membership for 2014. I hope to see you at an upcoming UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group event soon.
Here's to a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2014!
