Shawn Miller is the current CEO of 5 Arches, LLC, a newly created hedge fund real estate enterprise based in Irvine, California. Mr. Miller served as President and CEO of Arch Bay Capital, which has managed in excess of $3.5 billion of loans and real estate, and employed nearly 100 professionals until May 2012. Prior to Arch Bay, Mr. Miller co-founded, ran and sold 3 Arch Financial Services, a leading mortgage servicing business. Mr. Miller also founded Miller & Clark, LLP, a corporate bankruptcy law firm representing national financial institutions in mortgage restructuring, securitizations, and bankruptcy. He also served as Clerk for Chief Judge Ashland of the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Miller holds a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, and a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
