Roger L. Yang is a partner in Ernst & Young's Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice in Los Angeles, California. Roger has over 18 years of experience serving a variety of private and publicly held clients with an emphasis on real estate companies, engineering and construction companies, homebuilders, real estate investment trusts and restaurant companies.
Roger spent two years as the National Industry Resident for Ernst & Young's Engineering and Construction Services Practice. He has extensive experience in GAAP technical matters, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and SEC experience with both 1933 and 1934 Act Filings. Roger has served large, multi-location SEC registrants with multi-level consolidations.
Roger is a certified public accountant and has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles.
Roger has served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), National Board of Directors of the Construction Financial Management Association, and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
