Stephen Greene

Stephen A. Greene is a senior private equity and investment banking professional. Over the past 28 years, he has closed more than 100 merger & acquisition, financial restructuring and financing transactions (both debt and equity) across a wide range of industry verticals.

Mr. Greene is currently the Managing Partner of Crevice Capital Partners, a Short Hills, NJ-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Crevice Capital, he held partner-level positions at The Silverfern Group, Morgan Joseph TriArtisan and Eureka Capital Partners. From 1992 to 2002, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for various components of its U.S. corporate finance and restructuring businesses. Mr. Greene began his investment banking career at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin and later became Managing Director in charge of Houlihan’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Greene received his MBA in Finance from the UCLA-Anderson School of Management. He also received a B.A. with Distinction and an M.A. (both in History) from Stanford University. Mr. Greene is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies and was the recipient of a Fulbright/Hays fellowship to the United Kingdom. He is an investor in and a member of the Board of Directors of National Home HealthCare Corp., an Angelo Gordon & Co. portfolio company.
