PAYMENT

In order to secure your spot, a nonrefundable deposit is due upon completion of your application for the program.

If you are waitlisted for a program, your payment is not due until your application is moved from the wait list. You will be notified by e-mail with payment instructions.

Final payments should be made via MyUCLA, UCLA's online records system. To access this system you will need to establish a Logon ID and password using your UCLA Identification Number (UID). If you are new to UCLA, a UID will be assigned and sent to you via e-mail after the nonrefundable program deposit has been paid.

Final payment of your program balance is due May 1. Due to the high demand of our programs, if you do not pay by the deadline you will be dropped for nonpayment. If you are dropped, you can inquire with our office on space availability in the program.

After May 1, full fees are collected at the time of registration. There are no refunds after June 1.
