FEMBA and EMBA International Exchange

One-week exchanges conducive to working students' schedules provide opportunities to study at a top international partner institution while becoming immersed in the host country’s culture and academics.

Managed through the Center for Global Management, one-week exchanges conducive to working students' schedules are offered, typically over the summer, with international partner universities.

During the summer of 2018, around 50 students from the fully employed and executive MBA programs participated in one-week exchanges with eight partner schools, UCLA Anderson welcomed around 30 students during its August one-week elective block week. 2018 partner schools included:

    • Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Australia
    • INSPER, Sao Paulo, Brazil
    • HEC School of Management, Jouy-en-Josas, France
    • Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University, Israel
    • Waseda Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan
    • ESAN Graduate School of Business, Lima, Peru
    • Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa
    • ESADE Business School, ESADE Ramon Llull University, Madrid, Spain
    • London Business School, England, United Kingdom

The Center for Global Management hosts a welcome reception in advance of the elective block week to provide an opportunity for the exchange students to learn more about Los Angeles, UCLA and UCLA Anderson, as well as network with their peers from other top international business schools and with students from UCLA Anderson.
