>>Dinners for Eight

The Center for Global Management's Dinner for Eight provides an opportunity for UCLA Anderson students across all degree programs to enjoy a private dinner and dine with a key member of the Center's advisory board and other distinguished global leaders.

In October, Craig Ehrlich, one of the center's Founding Board members, hosted a dinner for 10 full-time MBA students at his beautiful home in Santa Monica. Building upon the popularity of this event, in March, he very kindly hosted a second dinner for 12 EMBA and FEMBA students. These dinners provided students with a unique opportunity to learn about his experiences and seek his guidance and thoughts on global issues, including living, working and doing business in Asia, the global telecommunications industry and global entrepreneurship in general. Craig is chairman of Novare Technologies Ltd. and former longtime chairman of the GSMA, the global trade association representing more than 700 second- and third-generation network operators and over 180 manufacturers and suppliers. He is a very successful global business leader and entrepreneur in every sense of the word. He has resided in Hong Kong for almost 25 years, since graduating from UCLA, and has enjoyed great success in a number of countries throughout Asia.
