IMS Programs

Overview

For  over ten years, UCLA Anderson has been proud to host numerous students from around the world for intensive management education programs. These programs are taught by UCLA Anderson's esteemed faculty and are custom designed to suit the interests and needs of each client university. Examples of topics have included Advanced Strategic Management; Global Leadership for Global Markets; Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship for Global Leadership; Foreign Investment in the United States; Sustainability Strategy; and Entrepreneurial Finance.

Each program has a dedicated Faculty Director and Program Manager who work diligently with faculty and program managers from each client university to develop the program theme, course content and appropriate blend of in-class learning, site visits, guest speakers and panel discussions, and cultural and social activities. These programs are taught by UCLA Anderson's world-class faculty across all areas of the school, including Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Policy, Operations & Technology Management, Human Resources & Organizational Behavior, Global Economics & Management and Entrepreneurship. Reading materials are provided in advance of each program and a Certificate of Completion is awarded to students at the completion of the program.

UCLA Anderson works to develop strong relationships with the schools that participate in our IMS programs. Often, the collaboration that begins with planning a positive and customized program experience soon expands into other areas. Our goal is to ensure that both UCLA Anderson and our guest university derive ongoing benefit from the exchange of ideas between faculty, collaboration on academic content and rich interaction and networking between students.
