227 - Taxation and Management Decisions

This course covers tax principles applicable to individual taxpayers, including self-employed individuals and investors, as well as entities (Corporations, Partnerships, LLP’s, LLC’s and S-Corporations). The primary goal of the course is to improve students’ tax planning abilities by improving their understanding of Federal taxation as it relates to individuals and entities, the impact of taxation on individual decisions and management decisions, and the inter-relationship of transactions between entities and their owners.
